Cx80 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cx80 platform available at cx80.net, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. To access the full cx80 service, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are not permitted to use another person's account, share accounts, or allow any third party to access your cx80 account. Violations of this rule constitute a serious breach of the Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a cx80 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from using this platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity directed at cx80 or other users.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cx80 platform:

4. Payment Information & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the cx80 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cx80 supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX online banking via major Malaysian banks, and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change based on operational requirements.
All deposits are final and non-reversible once a transaction is confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct before confirming any transaction. cx80 is not liable for failed transactions caused by incorrect information or issues with third-party payment service providers.
For withdrawals, users must complete the full account verification process before their first withdrawal request can be processed. cx80 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Withdrawal processing times typically range from a few minutes to 24 hours, depending on the chosen method and security review.
Any bonus or promotional credits awarded to a user's account are subject to separate wagering requirements. Users are advised to review the applicable bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer from cx80.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once security checks are completed.
